Much nicer and more impressive than expected. No broken pieces and booklet was included as described. Shipment was fast and easy via FedEx delivery. These tumbled marble tiles were perfect to add to the back splash in my french country kitchen. When I spoke to customer service and explained what I was using them for, he offered to have them shipped without the cork backing. Even better! Saved me removing the cork. I purchased this as a 5 year anniversary present for my spouse. It was perfect for us, as we are wine lovers, did our honeymoon in Napa, and the 5 year gift is "wood". I was nervous ordering an expensive piece online, sight unseen, not truly knowing the quality of the product I would get. I took a leap of faith, and I'm glad I did. You can tell the clock is high quality, lots of attention to detail, and certainly appears high-end in person. I'm so excited, and can't wait to give this to my spouse for our anniversary. I paid for the hand-painted compass, numbers, and inscription. The turn-around time was fabulous (from order to door, I don't think it was much more than 2 weeks tops).

We just opened the shipping carton yesterday to receive our 4 new 24 inch stave counter stools. We couldn't be more pleased. The construction is very solid, the reclaimed wood is just what we wanted, the seating area is great and the color matches our current decor. Just perfect. In addition, the service we received while waiting for the delivery was outstanding. We had a to wait a little bit given we ordered these during the holiday rush, but the service group (Adam in particular) provided first rate communication throughout. I highly recommend this company and these stools in particular.

We really like these glasses. They are a good weight, feel very sturdy, and they are beautiful. We were only disappointed in the size. They are described as "double old fashioned" and we were trying to match another set we have, but these turned out to be a few ounces smaller than the original set. We will definitely use them and like them very much, but I should have checked the capacity. Not the seller's fault really because I now see they are advertised as 14 oz. Overall, I would recommend these glasses highly.
